Two organisations, one vision:Michel Geinoz and the future of Swiss cattle breeding
Since October 1st, 2024, Michel Geinoz has been managing both the Swiss herdbook as well as Holstein Switzerland. Throughout this demanding double-duty, he has been promoting the forward-looking “Alliance” project, which aims for very close strategic and operational cooperation between the two institutions. The goal is to take advantage of synergies, increase efficiency and thereby make Swiss cattle breeding more competitive in a sustainable way.
